Welcome to COAST to COAST Leisure, an independent design and sales agency established by us, Dave Jade and Lindsey Martin in 2009 to supply mobile homes for use on / off site.
We believe that here at COAST to COAST Leisure, we fill the gap in the market by providing a personal and customised service to land owners, farmers and builders needing to site a mobile home on private land, as well as holiday and residential park owners' wishing to upgrade or develop their residential or self catering accommodation. 14 years later we are proud to work with many of the largest holiday parks in the South West of England. At Coast to Coast Leisure we define our mobile homes as Log Cabins, Luxury Lodges, Park Homes and static Caravans.
A mobile home can provide the perfect solution for a range of uses as it can be supplied promptly, cost effectively and in many cases planning permission is not always required. Making it happen however, means entering a whole new world which has its own rules, obstacles and which can even seem to talk its own language. Our Log Cabins, Luxury Lodges and Park Homes are manufactured in the UK to BS-3632 - the residential standard for construction and insulation and can be used all year round. They are carefully designed to ensure that space is utilized to the maximum, they are provided fully furnished and can include dishwashers, integrated fridge / freezers, washing machine, en-suite bathrooms, office and utility rooms, to name just a few. Our static caravans are usually manufactured to the EN standard making them ideal for use during the warmer months of the year, alternatively your caravan could be manufactured to the same residential standard - BS3632.
A static caravan will be the more cost effective option for you if you need temporary accommodation to support a new farming activity for example or for occupation during a self build project or following a fire / flood.
